*Accessing self-compassion so you can act with loving kindness towards yourself

*Reconnecting with activities that bring you joy

Essentially, I want to help you make time for you. You’ve been at the bottom of your priority list and it’s left you in pieces.

We cannot change the past events of trauma, grief, or abuse that are usually related to depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and poor body image. However, what we can do is change how you think about, feel about, and relate to those past events here and now.

I help my clients to change the stories they tell themselves about their value, beauty, and worth through creative means such as, energy psychology, mind body psychology, forgiveness therapy, fashion psychology, music and art. Together, we’ll connect to inner strength, interests, passions and spirituality to explore feelings, thoughts, and body experiences to help you heal. Over time you release negative beliefs and come to understand your inherent worth.
